Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of WegaCore (the "Service"), operated by WegaCore ("we", "us"), registered at Avni Feka, no.19, Vushtrri, Kosovo. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

WegaCore is delivery management software for courier businesses. It provides order management, driver dispatch and tracking, a driver mobile app, financial settlements between businesses and their drivers, and billing tools. Businesses may also use the platform to run a public storefront for their own customers.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Business accounts are responsible for the drivers and staff they invite to their organization on the platform.

3. Merchant responsibilities

If you use WegaCore to run a storefront or accept orders from your own customers, you are solely responsible for:

• the accuracy of your product listings, pricing, and delivery commitments;
• complying with consumer protection, distance-selling, and tax laws that apply to your business; and
• your own customer-facing policies (including delivery and refund terms) for goods or services you sell.

WegaCore provides the software; it is not a party to the sale between a merchant and its customers.

4. Billing & payment

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as shown on your account's billing page.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash at our office.
• Invoices are due by the date shown; overdue invoices may result in restricted account access until settled.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; infringe another party's rights; transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts; or interfere with the Service's normal operation.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by WegaCore and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the business, order, and customer data you input into the platform.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and features may change as the Service evolves.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WegaCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including losses arising from a merchant's own transactions with its customers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or remain unpaid after notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered accounts by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kosovo, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
