- How does pay-per-delivery pricing work?
- Every delivery marked as completed counts as one billable order. At the end of the month you receive an invoice for the total, payable by bank transfer, cash or card within 15 days. Nothing else is ever charged.
- What happens to failed or cancelled orders?
- They are free. If a delivery is returned, cancelled or fails, it doesn't appear on your invoice.
- Is there a limit on drivers, users or clients?
- No. Add as many drivers, dispatchers and business clients as you need. Pricing never depends on seats.
- Do drivers need a special device?
- Any modern iOS or Android phone. The driver app handles navigation, scanning, proof of delivery and earnings.
- Where does the AI get its address data?
- From public map data and business listings, plus what your own team confirms over time. Learned addresses belong to your organisation and are never shared with other organisations.
- Can my clients place orders themselves?
- Yes. Each business client gets a portal to submit and follow orders, and can optionally run a hosted storefront with products and checkout that you deliver for.
- Can I connect it to my existing software?
- Yes. Use webhooks for order events, the REST API with scoped tokens, or CSV import and export. Embedded login lets clients reach their portal from your own site.
- Can I stop at any time?
- Yes. There is no contract. If you stop creating orders, you stop being invoiced.
